Here are a few tips on how to enhance your workouts routines.

Follow these tips and tone your body for the summer!

The Six-Week Rule: The best way to lose weight and inches is to mix up your weekly fitness program every six-weeks: And you’ve got three different ways to train your body by using my customized Google Docs Fitness templates. For example, let’s say you’ve been losing weight by lifting weights 3-times a week for six-weeks. But now at week seven and eight you’re not seeing any changes—your body is stuck! The trick is to alter your routine slightly by mixing up your routine. You can check out the cardio template to find cardio workouts to start doing a few times a week.

Track your Body Changes: With my fitness templates in the Google Docs Template Gallery, you can track your body changes. This is one way to stay true to your weight loss goals.

Target Train Your Trouble Zones: You can target train your trouble spots on your body. Take, for example, the crunch. The crunch focuses mainly on your superficial abdominal muscle. So if you only do a crunch, chances are you crunched your way into a belly bulge. Instead, you must work all your belly muscles (all four-layers) to create a flat sexy-strong belly.

You can also check out Karon Karter’s books, The Six-Week Bikini Countdown and The Ultimate Body Shaping Bible . In there, you’ll find similar fitness routines plus colorful photos of some of the same exercises on these fitness templates. Find out more by visiting: http://karonkarterpilates.com/
